I remember he used two completly different teams on the floor. He was the first I saw doing it and probably the last one to do it, at least in a regular basis.

Well I can tell I know why he did it that way. He was over 70 years old at the time and he was lazy enough to keep a proper rotation. He just went like "ok, bench unit, go in now", despite having players on a hot streak. He wouldnt mind.

It is exactly the same strategy I use on 2k18. Two different set of players. hahahah, I am lazy enough too to keep a proper rotation. Dont wanna waste time in strategy. So I completly understrand him.
