Although Rio does take responsibility for his part in the loss, it's a team sport. Either you win as a team or lose as a team. As Fizdale mentioned about those timeouts about the arguing and bickering, it takes two to tango. The communication amongst the team must improve for the better. You do have new faces on the team. Help them learn the way of the Grizzlies. Fizdale can only emphasis those point to some extent. It falls on the players to take those points seriously. Everyone on the team are fighting for those same goals. Be a successful team by winning games and being on the same page mentality and communication wise.

Everyone has good games and bad games. I definitely don't blame Rio alone for that loss though his shot has been struggling some lately. Heck Harrison no one even defends if he is behind the 3pt line. Parson's shot wasn't falling either but he made up for it in all the other aspects of the game which was extremely nice to see. When the Grizzlies win it is because our guys are all hungry and fighting together for the same goal. When everyone isn't on the same page we are usually quite atrocious. We'll get it straightened out and get back on track, I just hope it is sooner as opposed to later since I'd love to beat the Clippers ha.

Same here.

The one thing that has been notorious about the Grizzlies is that they always have trouble defending against up-tempo teams. Almost every time they seem to get caught running on their heels rather then find ways to take turn the tempo to their favor. It's one of their issues they need to get better at. Otherwise, we're ok for now as this is just the beginning of the season. We just need to buckle down a bit at certain aspects of the game.

Definitely not his fault alone. I can tell you that we are not putting in the full effort all four quarters. We are very streaky and need more consistency and continuity game long.
