The off season hasn't happen yet. Is it safe to say that someone is getting ahead of themselves?

This is his first time back with the team in a year. We could definitely be a 50 win team and make the playoffs if they want to move #4 for a stud in his prime but that would be a shortsighted move. There was a lot of flack about how Pera wouldn't meet with any media members he didn't control and the interview he did give was mostly about his personal life. The main takeaways were that he sees this team as a 50 win/playoff caliber team and that he was going to be more present this year than this past year.
