JJJ is looking good so far this game. Can't wait to see how he does the rest of the summer.

How's come Memphis has the inside track on acquiring Indiana's best basketball talents? I wish the Pacers (GHill, Teague, GRobinsonIII) could do a better job in their own backyard.

Regardless, JJJ will fit great next to Gasol. Congrats.

Just in terms of Indy acquiring a meaningful homegrown player. Memphis can't miss.

If it makes you feel better, Memphis has done nothing but miss with our picks between Conley and JJJ ha. Brooks would be an exception and maybe Rabb if he develops. Otherwise we either got a bust or waived/traded a good player for nothing after not developing them properly.

It sucks to miss on players in the draft but if Conley and Gasol return to peak production, along with JJJ, Memphis could rebound rather quickly reverting back to an awfully competitive team with potential to be as good as any other team outside the top three, maybe four in the Western Conf.

In this league a turnaround can be quick and I believe Memphis' roster is a lot better than its record indicates.

Sometimes, it's just a luck of the draw. The hard part is keeping a strong chemistry together both on and off the floor.

Carter had a really good game last night. JJJ with 9pts, 9reb, and 7 blocks. Hopefully he starts to do more on offense but he has shown flashes of some sweet skills.

Cant wait to watch JJJ fed by Conley and Gasol.
