The Grizzlies announced on Sunday afternoon they waived F D.J. Stephens. In return, they signed former Grizzlies PF Jarnell Stokes.

Noah is the perfect backup to Gasol. At the C spot we are getting 20.1 points, 12 boards, and 5.7 assists per game. The PF position with Jackson and Green has been just as effective with 23.2 points, 11 boards, and 2.5 blocks per game. The PG spot has also been very solid with Conley and Mack producing 28.4 points, 9.5 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists.

While Anderson has played decent, he is not the fix at the SF position unless we get a true SG that can produce and let Anderson play his type of game. He need to make a move for a SG while we can.
