Trademarking this - Let's Welcome the Grit N' Motion Era!
Guys I wanted to post this to discuss our new team dynamic. Which current guys on the roster will fit stylistically in an up tempo offense and who do we need to move on from?

I'll start by answering my own question:
Can run the floor
Ivan Rabb
Joakim Noah (or at least he used to be able to, haven't checked in on him in a while)
Jevon Carter
Tyler Dorsey
Justin Holiday
JJ (probably can)
Kyle Anderson (is slow but can push it and his passing could push tempo - also every good transition team needs guys who can create and play smart in the halfcourt)
Not best in transition
Bruno Caboclo (doesn't matter b/c he will be a spot up shooter)
CJ Miles (doesn't matter b/c he will be a spot up shooter)
Kyle Korver (knock down 3 shooter so could space in transition)
Chandler Parsons

Memphis can play big & in the half court.
Jonas
Jaren
3&D wing
3&D wing
Ja
Jonas in his first year asked to shoot 3's hit 74 attempts at 40%. Last year he had a down year 30% on 70 attempts, being shuffled between stating, bench, changing teammates & trade. He could very well average 35+ from 3 for Memphis where they can play 5 out in the half court switching between operating Jonas or Jaren in the post, pnr or pop with Ja.
Memphis can play small & in transition.
Jaren
Clarke
Bruno
Holiday or Delon for an additional ball handler
Ja
This unit can seemlessly swith on the perimeter, Jaren can guard 1-5 without giving up size in the post. Clarke is an elite athlete in the mold of Pascal leaking in transition. Bruno is no Kawhi but he can defend & hit from range (improving). Jaren is better thn Ibaka, the hope is that Ja will be better than Lowry .. His floor game is what will make the defensive unit click offensively.
The last target for Memphis is a scoring wing who can create his own offense that's hopefully not a defensive liability.
This works becuase Jonas is the type teammate that he wouldn't complain about Memphis running 3J at either PF or C if it means he'd have to come off the bench. He prioritizes winning over personal stats, gain. It's that veteran leadership by actions that will set a president for this young team.

I think JV wants to start and certainly wants to get his minutes, but that shouldn't be a problem. The small ball lineup can cover the bench/backup minutes even to JV can still get his full playing time. I wouldn't mind us trying a Bridges+Batum for Crowder type deal. Bridges seems like a good fit at SF in our new uptempo offense though you hope he gets his 3pt% up some.

I like it but is Charlotte willing to trade Bridges for a salary dump?.
What about.
Charlotte need a C, targeted Gasol to show Walker they're trying to build a winner. OKC has made Adams available in a salary dump.
Charlotte trade - (Zeller 2yrs 13m, Biz 1yr 17m, Bridges) for (Adams 24m, Rabb)
OKC trade - (Adams 24m 2yrs) for (Zeller 2yrs 13m, 11m TPE)
Memphis trade - (TPE 17m, Rabb) for (Bizz 1yr, Bridges)
I think the TPE could net a better future package from Minnesota for Wiggins but tossing the idea out anyway.

I don't mind that change, but you still probably have to have Batum in instead of Biz if you are getting Bridges. Rabb also should probably go to OKC in that deal along with maybe a 2nd round pick from CHA. Interesting idea though.

Charlotte trade - (Zeller 2yrs 13m, Batum 1yr 24m, Bridges, FRP) for (Adams 2yrs 24m, K. Anderson 4yrs 8m)
OKC trade - (Adams 24m 2yrs) for (Zeller 2yrs 13m, 11m TPE)
Memphis trade - (TPE 24m, K. Anderson 4yrs 8m) for (Batum 2yrs 24m, Bridges, FRP)
There's a bit of a log jam so I'm thinking Charlotte could use the swap for K. Anderson. Batum 48m, Reason for adding the FRP

The change is for Charlotte to give Walker incentive with Adams & not just a plain salary dump. In the altered deal, I included K. Anderson because Memphis have a log jam at SF & he would give Charlotte a young 3&D replacement for Bridges that they don't open a hole to fill one.

You have Rabb included instead of Anderson. Did you mean Anderson? And I think if all Memphis is eating is Bizz then all they are going to get is a protected 2020 CHA 1st or Monk. I like your version since it does give CHA a good center to claim they upgraded the team for Kemba, but in regards to our part we are stealing too much value. I also think OKC will need more incentive. They could move Roberson and keep Adams if they are desperate for cap savings.

While Memphis take the grunt up front I have Charlotte taking the long term financial commitment with Anderson. Kept CJ Miles expiring.

Salary inclusion makes it hard to follow, here's the clean version
Charlotte trade - (Batum, Bizz, Bridges, FRP) for (Adams, Crowder, K. Anderson)
OKC trade - (Adams) for (24m TPE)
Memphis trade - (TPE 24m, Crowder, K.Anderson) for (Batum, Bizz, Bridges, FRP).
Charlotte trade - (Batum, Bizz, Bridges, FRP) for (Adams, Crowder, K. Anderson)
OKC trade - (Adams) for (24m TPE)
Memphis trade - (TPE 24m, Crowder, K.Anderson) for (Batum, Bizz, Bridges, FRP).
