Winslow and JJJ may play this game. I'm pumped to see what our team can do when healthy. Unfortunately Clarke's injury seems to be lingering/more serious and so not sure when he will be back.

good first half. Second half was a mess. Only JV was ok.

It is getting kind of frustrating to watch Brooks "create" his own shoots. Beside some midrange jumpers that he is creating ok, the rest are threes with a hand in his face and a huge stepback or driving into a big wall. At a point in the first half he was 5/6, he ended 7/16 FG.

On the offensive end, I see the team lost many times. They just play and hope for something to happen: a backdoor cut, an open three or something. But I dont think there are many plays drawn. Other teams have a superstar to clog the ball, a 2vs2 game, ISOs, and so on. We just handle the ball to whoever happen to be there. Sometimes it is Tyus Jones setting screens to Tolliver (Which makes total sense)

In the last play it was all: "give the ball to JV and you JV, pass to whoever gets open." Luckily, Jones got rid of MCWilliams who tried to foul (and asked for it but the ref ignored). But if MCW didnt trip, the clock would have run out.

This team continues to leave free points on the line (10), losing by 3 on the last possession.

Jonas put up 27 & 16 on an efficient 13 shots & Memphis lost, mostly because they gave this game away with bad TO's & not taking advantage of their free points.

Despite Memphis having the edge in FT's. Magic got some favourable momentum calls & non calls in a game Memphis were going to open a 20pt lead. (Down 17, DJ throws himself backwards into a defender & flops for an & 1, next play Brooks does the same & is hit with a TO for what was a 7 point swing as Magic converted on that Brooks TO). These jokers think by giving Memphis untimely FT's people wouldn't notice game changing calls?.

Not one of Morant's better games, topped by Jenkins late game substitution error. Memphis could have still pulled this one out. 4th Q the bench gave up an 8pt lead to where Jenkins had to sub in Jonas & Morant who got the game back to within 2 & possession. They were then pulled for the same bench that gave up the lead. Needless to say, they came up empty down 112/110 & that was the game. I assume Jenkins was thinking breather but IMO he pulled Jonas & Morant too soon & gave the momentum they built back before securing the tie & or lead.

JV was unreal on the offense end, but was getting targeted in the PnR and getting killed. He very well may get played off the floor in the playoffs if we find a way to hold on to 8th.

He was getting targeted defensively in part to slow him down offensively, they made him work on both ends. When refs took Josh out the game with their bull, no other Grizz player really had anything going offensively.

JV was a team high +11.
