Seeding Game 3: MEM vs NOP
This has been an ugly start. The only reason we are in this right now is Allen's 3pt shooting.

Re: Seeding Game 3: MEM vs NOP
Lets not fool ourselves. We are not a playoff team. Actually, at the begining of the season, none of us thought we would be here, fighting for the 8th seed. So being here competing with this very young core is a gift. The experience our core is getting is very valuable for the future and i hope in 3 to 4 years from now, we are fighting for a playoff spot for homecourt advantage in the first round.
That being said, it is still very sad and tough to lose these 3 games. When they played the Heat, the took it personally, they fought for every posesion just to show Iggy-the-rat, how tough we can be. However, 2 games after, the spurs come to beat us with their intesity, outrebounding us by 20. We made some of their players to look like all stars.
Awful game against the pelicans as well, not only looking at Dillon, also by JJJ and Ja. Defense collapses on Ja and that is pretty much about it. He kicks the ball out and nothing else happens. On the other side, it looks so easy for Dame, Jrue, Mccollum, derozan, dejounte, etc. to drive to the paint and kick to ball to an open shooter.
Nothing is working in the offensive end for us. Our big 10man rotation before the bubble is long gone. We use 7 players and just because there is usualy foul trouble for JV or JJJ. I do believe that Deng, konchar and more mins from Tolliver would help us...

These 3 past games have been sooo frustrating
