Grizz looking strong early. Brooks hot.

Yeah, Brooks is having a good shooting game. Nice to see.

Jonas not having as good a start. A weak spot defensively yet Kings only have 14 in the first 8.

Memphis getting a kinder/makeup whistle at the expense of the Kings.

Haliburton is going to be great in the league.

I have him 2nd in ROY voting behind Ball. Love his game.

Brooks with the hot start. Hope he doesn't cool off too early this game and shoot us out of it late.

Would be comforting to see Ja have a much better 2nd half. Can't remember when last he took over a game since his injury.

Yeah, I was commenting that he looks pedestrian, but I realize how strenuous the season can be, esp coming off an injury. Jonas is playing well in the 2nd half.

Team leading +22 though.

I wonder if Ja will try to pace himself any this week. 4 games in the span of 5 days coming up will take a toll on our already injury-riddled team and may flare up Ja's ankle if it isn't 100% healed. Jenkins would be smart to try and decrease the minutes for the main guys a little those games.

Also this is the first game I can remember where Ja got the better of Fox. Usually Fox is his kryptonite and looks the better player in the matchup. Add in the all star level play Fox has had this season and this is a big win for Ja even though Ja's shot wasn't quite falling like he'd hope.

He took over after I wrote that, keeping this crazy margin in tact.

Always was mad that we cut Whiteside, allowing him to sign with the Heat and resurrect his career.

Raptors cut him as well & he had off court issues in Miami concerning his playing time & usage.

Jonas has owned him regular season & playoffs.

He also seemed more empty stats than winning player during his time in Portland. I think Dieng probably has done more for our team than Whiteside would have when you factor in both the on court and off court contributions.

Kings unfortunate to get Memphis off a stolen game. No lopsided whistle against Memphis tonight & they're subsequently up 20 going into the 4th..

And let Tyus shoot a few extra shots to try and find some rhythm.
