The Lakers are going to have to start winning some, I don't want to not get the pick from them if they fall to 10 or below.

Surely they won't miss out on the play in tournament right? Lebron cares too much about his legacy for such a thing to happen I hope

Fully healthy I would say they are still a lock for the play-in and the pick will convey. But if either Lebron or AD get hit with a injury missing a big chunk of time then I could see the Lakers conceding on the season and resting the other star down the stretch. The pick get easily fall to 10 or lower if that occurs.
