As a NJ man whose family is comprised of predominantly Nets fans, this one was special for me. KD and Kyrie nearly dropped 40 each and the Grizzlies still won by 12 without Ja. Dillon was excellent, Bane hit shots, and Melton caught fire. Kyle played great D on KD. Really a fun, high scoring game all around.

Soo much fun to watch! I'm a little concerned about Ja but hopefully it is nothing. If this team plays like it did tonight while adding Ja, we can make a run this postseason!

I'm not a doctor, but 90% chance it is Jumper's knee. So many players get this from the wear and tear.

Grizz continue to prove they are not the team to be slept on. They withstood an onslaught from KD and Kyrie and put on a fight of their own. When I see this team here, they put me in the mindset of the way the Chris Webber led Sactown Kings played. How they come together when their star player is out with an injury. They can't be underestimated. They will give you a fight that can leave you dazed for days. A very determined and relentless team this young can and will make for a dangerous team to match up with come playoff time.

The record without Ja is a fluke. I think we can all agree on that. But one of the reasons our team does well is that without Ja they really lock in knowing he won't carry the team in the 4th and save them. Come playoff time when everyone locks in I think we have a real shot at getting this Ja-less awesome team (minus the crazy 3pt shooting of late because 50% isn't sustainable) plus a Ja going supernova as well. Brooks also may be a bit more elevated as he thrives on emotion which bodes well for the playoffs.
