Ja doesn't make All-NBA

Ja misses out on All-NBA along with JJJ and the rest of the Grizz. I hate it for him, but it saves us almost $40m dollars which we can hopefully use to upgrade the roster. Voters were swayed with the off court drama because he has a solid case statistically.

For personal accomplishment, it's not good. He can make it up next season with a new determination and purpose. Granted Ja did cost himself a bit financially, he's still not hurting that deep. I believe that all of this will workout for the better for Ja and the rest of the Grizzlies organization.

Really good news. We need a chip on his shoulder. Also, he needs to prove that he is a threat from beyond the arc to become a true superstar.
