I'm looking to bring the GNG back also.
I think to get a true tone setter, you have to have a successful playoff experienced player to bring the edge back.
Also, I have a feeling about this player we might be able to trade up in the draft to get:
Kasparas Jakucionis
6-6, 200 Point Guard/Shooting Guard

I think he has some old school dog in him and he projects as mid level 1st round pick.
I believe he will be an overlooked player in the draft.

Not the only move, but a positive one.

We need someone with heart and backbone. Tony Allen changed the face of the Grizz once upon a time. We need another TA somehow. We hoped Smart was going to be that but it didn't pan out. I'm okay keeping the core three, but if we do we need multiple vets that have that GNG dna. I hate that we had the falling out with Adams that led to him being traded (I still believe he asked out behind closed doors). He would be a start though we would need a lot more on top of him. Brooks was crazy as all get out and believed himself to be more than he was, but he was the heart of the team.
