Jacobsen waived?

Watching the game between Bamberg and Istanbul (with Kinsey btw) and the announcers reported that Jacobsen was released and might sign with Bamberg again. Yet I don't find no announcement of the Grizzlies regarding that matter. Is there any truth to him being released?
Btw.: Kinsey sucks, plays very poorly. No way he is superior to Casey.

Well if he has been waived, it is only a matter of hours before the photos of Coach Ivaroni in a comprimising position are released to the media. How else can you explain his playing time and not getting the axe before now?

not happening. I believe his contract is guaranteed-and even if it were not, I think Jan. 10 was the last day to waive players whose contracts were not guaranteed.
Wish it could, though, so he could go somewhere else and play.

ya, let it be known that we Griz fans are a close-knit bunch....
not many levels between the RealGM fan up to the GM...haha
in all serious-ness, for all non Griz fans....let this be your example not doubting my Griz PhD....i took this simple 3rd hand comment and within a few hours had a local sports talk radio host contacting the GM about it....
