Seems like your team is dumping salary hard core. Getting rid of gasol for scrubs was the first step. swift for collins I don't get but I'm really happy about that as a nets fan.

Now it sounds like mike miller is next. I've got a trade for that

Nets trade Magloire, nachbar and wright for Mike miller.

Thats 3 expiring contracts this season for miller. If they are truely dumping salary then this looks really good. thats 8 mill they save after this season.

If they are not just looking to dump his salary then I wouldn't do the deal from the memphis side, but then again I wouln't have sent Gasol to the lakers for brown either.

1- the swift trade is caused for personal reasons between stro, coach and front office. horrible trade, though.
2- as for miller, a youngster and a pick must come in return, imo. something like:

miller

for

magloire, wright, boone, lottery protect 1st.

Normally I would dismiss this trade.
But since we've sold Pau Gasol for some magic beans.........I can no longer say it is out of the realm of possibility

Come on, now all the teams and the fans are going to think that in mem que have sales. we are not giving no one else for garbagge. we just made it with gasol because we wanted to make lak a contender. but stay away from miller, he stays here.
