I think Charlie V. is the type of power forward we need in Memphis. He reminds me a lot of Chauncey Billups in that he may need to change teams once again before he finally is appreciated. I would pay a price of Lowery and Warrick for him. The Grizz can ill afford to expand the deal as the really need usable pieces for Miller beyond more cap room.

Would you rather have that Pacers package rather than expirings?

It seems like a lot of teams would be willing to trade players of Daniels "quality" for cap space just to shed the contract. I'm willing to bet that Daniels himself is one of those guys, Diaw another.

For me it is ok.

I like Lowry a lot-but I also like CV. The two of them exchanged as close to straight up as possible seems ok-but expanding to miller, I don't know. For another $9M in expirings and a first, perhaps...but the pick would need to be now, not later, and not protected.
