The Conley for pick your Blazer watch is on.

We are down to inventing scenarios to make things interesting.

Before the Health issue I would have preferred Martel Webster, but
Channing Frye may make more sense depending on draft position.
Meaning if we have a chance at Beasley then no Frye and we get to keep
Conley. (insert your luke warm applause here)

If we land Rose then Martel Webster or Frye would be good choices along with swapping our second first with their first rounder for Conley.

Can you imagine getting Rose, Martel Webster, and say Randolph from LSU without spending any additional Cap space in 2008?

I think M. Heisley and C. Wallace have. I really don't know if that is good or bad?

why didn't you guys play Darko and Miller in your last game? they aren't injured so what's the reason behind it?

Miller- back spasms (hmmm....last year it was knee tendinitis...)
Darko-nagging thumb injury, and last game it was listed as "knee"

We're tanking. Only for a couple games, but we're tanking.

Although having Darko in the game could be a closer approximation of an attempt to tank....he's had a handful of REALLY good games, and a bunch of REALLY horrible ones....

(ducking out to avoid RPG's lauched by Darko fans....)

Not a darko fan here..... when you say really good gameS, it means more than one, and as far as i remember, only one we won against the rockets was good. I was very enthusiastic when he came because that was wot gasol were always asking for, a rebounder, defender at C, blocks, etc. etc. one season later im disappointed. he would be a good backup in lot of teams but lets start to picture darko in other teams, where he would be a starter this season?

Blazers GM would trade telecasters for 2nd rounder

Portland Trailblazers GM Kevin Pritchard jokes he would trade broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice for a second rounder.

Sending out Frye and Webster does wonders for the Blazers cap space plan in 09'. Adding Conley makes sense as well. Assuming he turns into a good PG we could then spend all of our cap money on a stud SF

Webster by the way is fine. It was just a virus that messed him up.
