"At this point in time"? This ranking would hold true in any given year at any time.

Bad list. No such thing as a TOP 10 Worst because there's no fair way to compare "Teams" with completely unbalanced situation. This is bogus.

It's a list of franchises, not teams, and yes, there is such a thing as a top 10 worst. relativism doesn't do anyone any good.
