So it seems Bartow on the way out and ????? on the way in.

All smoke and mirrors. No matter the change in "president" there will be no change. As long as Heisley owns the team its business as usual.

It will obviously take more than one change for this franchise to find some sense of success if they expect the fanbase to stick around for the long run.
