Option 1
Conley JR and Cardinal For Webster, Frye, Jack, $$
picks exchanged if necessary
Memphis Gets young talented players that are still improving. Frye can start or backup at either the PF or C. Webster (2/3) would be a backup SF until Miller is traded. Get to dump cardinal. Have the #5 too
Lowry/Jack/Critt
Miller/Webster/Navarro
Gay/Webster
Frye/Warrick/(Kwame, he'll be dumped for capspace or traded)
Milicic/Frye/Collins
Portland Loses a couple of their favorites, but also gets their starting PG while freeing up minutes for Rudy and Oden. Look at the resulting lineup before you hate. The capspace plan is still intact.
Conley/Blake/Sergio
Roy/Rudy
Outlaw/Jones/Cardinal
Aldridge/Outlaw/McBob
Oden/Przybilla
Option 2
Conley Jr and Cardinal For Przybilla and Webster
Memphis
Lowry/Critt
Miller/Webster/Navarro
Gay/Webster
Warrick/Kwame
Przybilla/Milicic
Portland
Conley/Blake/Sergio
Roy/Rudy
Outlaw/Jones/Cardinal
Aldridge/Outlaw/Frye
Oden/Frye

No thanks.
To either deal.
Memphis and Portland just aren't a good match IMO. Memphis does not need to move Conley for back ups and/or late lottery picks.
I'll repeat this for Portland fans, Conley's first season was very, very similar to LA's first season. Would Portland trade LA for back ups or the 13th pick? No, and rightly so.
The rest of the league seems to have the mistaken idea that since Gasol was traded for beads and trinkets, that the rest of the Grizz roster can be had for a bargain. If anything the Memphis front office overvalues its youth. Firstly because it's what they are building around and secondly (IMO) they don't want more egg on their face after the Gasol fallout.
In other words, teams will need to bowl the Grizz offer or not bother.
Lastly, there is a trade thread on this board please use it in the future.
