I think it was a good trade for both teams.
The Grizz doesn't have anything to lose. The cash included in the deal will be buy out payment for Francis while acquiring a pick.
For the Rockets, its about getting below the lux tax. Thats how teams are conscious about the tax. No doubt its always an issue to many trades.
