Juice scores 30+ in front of the Minnesota crowd in a 8 point win, resulting in boos and chants of O.J.

The Wolves fans should boo McHale for trading Mayo. But the Grizzlies thx the Wolves for trading him to us. He's a better fit here than in Minnesota.

The Grizzlies went into OT against the Wolves, but came up short. It's one thing to lose to a good team like the Spurs. It's another when you lose to teams like the Thunder or the Wolves, teams you know you have to win against. Rudy struggled again tonight going 5-18 from the field with 5TOs'. So far, Rudy has gone 10-36 in the last two games. He's not allowing the offense to come to him, he' forcing the issue and that's screwing him and the offense up.
Marc Gasol played like Pau Gasol tonight on Al Jefferson. Jefferson collected 38pts and 16rebs tonight. to me, Gasol has cooled down a bit in being aggressive. I know he's capable of play more aggressive than what he's shown in the past month. He needs to get that aggressive swagger back that he put on back in November. Another issue he needs to work on is to stop being so foul prone. You have to play smart defense and stop picking up unneccessary fouls.
Tonight's efforts in the OT period was crap at best. The Grizz got outscored 19-9 b/c they didn't take care of business on both ends of the floor. They need to do a better job protecting the lead through executing well on offense and play solid defense.

Forget about losing in overtime. This was another case of not having that experienced player that knows how to handle the game in fourth quarters when it's needed. Memphis had the lead going into the fourth but once again couldn't close it out and let it slip away.

You know, I would gladly trade the valiant efforts we put up against the best of the league (i.e. Lakers, Spurs, Hornets second time around) for the dog performances we put up against the handful of teams with worse records than us - and end up with blow out losses against the best and solid wins against the worst. The ability to seemingly put it all together against superior competition, but then fall flat on your face against lesser competition makes it difficult to be a Grizz fan.
