got 2 tickets to the Griz/Celtic game in March. Are there any supposedly haunted hotels or BNB's there - 0h, and within walking distance to the game. Is the Peobody any good?

The Peabody is probably your best bet - in terms of walking distance. Downtown Memphis doesn't have any B&B's that I'm aware of. Peabody is nice though.

I don't know of any haunted hotels, but you can't go wrong with the Peabody. As for B&Bs, Im not sure if it's one - but Talbot Heirs on Second St. is probably the closest to one that you'll find within walking distance of the Forum.
As for others within walking distance, you could also consider the Westin - it's directly across the street from the Forum, and I believe the road team stays there most of the time - or the Hampton Inn at Second and Peabody Place.

second vote for the Hampton Inn-it's consistently rated one of the best Hamptons in the whole chain. Def. very easy walking distance. Tons of good spots to eat down there too.
