Ollie will not be playing this game. He suffered a shoulder dislocation in the last game.

Which means Sebastian Telfair gets the start.

what I'd like to see is for the Grizzlies to take this game in convincing fashion. Wire-to-wire.
However, I know better.
I surely hope the Grizzlies approach Big Al a bit differently this game...like, approach him with a wild-eyed 7'2" Iranian named "I have six harsh fouls to waste on you Al". LOL. Not that Marc hasn't been playing well lately-he certainly has-but he can't play 48 minutes, and without the Dark One, Hamed is our best shot, 'cuz Arthur/Warrick/et. al. ain't got a prayer.
Not even that Hamed will be able to defend him, but he can at least be told to make Al earn it at the line.
Intermittent hard doubles on the catch. Mixed with one-man cover and soft "hanging" doubles.
Gotta give him a mix of looks to have any hope.

Jefferson has to be contain unlike the last match. Key fact about the T-Wolves is that they are 1-17 when they score under 100pts. Keep the Wolves under a 100pts by playing well on both ends on the floor and the Grizz have a chance of winning the game.

So which Grizz team will show up tonight in this winnable game? The scrappy one with heart that came back in OKC for a revenge win (although they never should have gotten down 22 in the first place) or the listless one that got ramrodded from wire-to-wire by the Bobcats?

I don't think he will or we won't have a backup PG. Foye will probably start at PG with Miller starting at the 2. Good luck tonight guys.

It's not just losing this game that is becoming a problem, but it seems there are no half time or in game adjustments to what is happening on the court. So the fans have to sit thru the same thing for most of the game. Either Coach Iavaroni is one of the world worst strategist or what he is explaining is left in the huddle or the locker room by the players. Another bad loss!

It seemed the Grizz came out flat, and then finally rallied with ~1 minute left - only to let Minny end the game on a 7-0 run. Both this game and the previous game against the Wolves was just ugly - there was no run greater than maybe 6 points, until the final 2 minutes ... just an ugly game to watch.

You fellas would have won it if Foye didn't step up at the end. Usually we drop games like that without a doubt. This was just one of those rare times where a wolf beside Big Al stepped up to get the win. If he didn't hit that three I bet that was a Griz win.
I like your little team globe avatar things. They look slick.

Well Wolves fan I have some good news and bad news for you. First the good news, your team has been playing suprisingly well as of late but I don't know if the season is going to turn around completely but you have some nices pieces and a pretty good mix of young talent and veterans.
The bad news is that could mean that Kevin Mchale may stick around longer than this season because of the marginal success. Don't get me wrong Mr. Mchale is not the worst coach in the world but he hates coaching by his own words he would rather be back in the front office. I guess a job you hate is better than no job at all.
