Is it enough that the Grizz are working hard? (from the fan's perspective) Or do you feel that tangible results must occur first?

My perception as a fan and someone that is watching/attending games is that after the first few games of the Hollins era, the "working hard" isn't showing on the court. Rudy is emoting the same unhappiness that he was with Ivy. The rotation is still whacked, even though Mike has fully be handed the reigns.
I don't know, the whole "OJ's not and never will be a point guard" episode left me really wondering what's up with the whole organization. Nobody is on the same page. Heisley, Baroni, Wallace and Hollins all seem to be working from different blueprints and have wholly different designs on the personnel.

The direction the Grizz have gone in the last three seasons simply has no direction. It's like pouring water into a weak simple glass and expect the water to hold up w/o completely breaking apart. They have no veterans who been around the block. No leadership to keep the focus from going astray. No consistancy and chemistry. This is just a team of individuals, nothing more.
Remember the 3YP Heisley mention last offseason. It's already three yrs. Three yrs full of bad seasons. How many more lies he's going to sell to the public? Another three yrs?
