I agree with Stock Lemon that the picks is Thabeet. There are some good PGs out there but the Grizz can't pass on the big man.

I think Thabeet WILL be donning a Grizzly uniform next year, however, I think Jordan Hill is an extremely ideal fit for the Grizzlies. But, maybe draft Thabeet, and look to deal Gasol for a young stud PF type.

It's gotta be down to Rubio and Thabeet. I like Harden too, but I just feel like those are the two that the team is looking at.

I wouldn't write Rubios name in ink yet. It all depends on what the offers will be. We are reminded that the Mayo trade didn't materilaize until the night before the draft. I believe the Grizzlies are still wide open as to what they want to do and nothing will be decided until the last minute.

But I do think that what I have said before that if any team wants Ricky Rubio they have to come through Memphis to get him still holds true. I'm not a big fan of the Grizzlies management but I do think they are playing it correct by making the statements that if they feel Rubio is the guy they want they'll take him regardless of what his camp says.
