Hey guys, Warriors fan here, I know you guys are leaning towards Thabeet instead of Rubio. The Warriors reallyyyyyyy want Rubio! So how bout this deal.....

Warriors get:
#2 Pick (Rubio)
Buckner
Jaric (More importantly Adriana :D )

Grizzlies get:

Andris Biendrins
Brandon Wright
Kelenna Azubuike
#7 Pick (I'm reluctant to give this up though)

Warriors line-up= Rubio/Ellis/Jackson/Randolph/Turiaf
Grizz line-up= Conley/Mayo/Gay/Gasol/Biendrins

What do you guys think?

I think that Wright it garbage. Gasol can't play the 4. I like Biens and Azubuike. Just don't think this gets it done though.

I still like Al Horford for #2 and Warrick.

The idea of harris for the 2nd+filler like jaric&adriana is great for me.

we would have harris+gay+mayo out there. so, now we add another big man and its done, we could make a run for the 8th spot of playoffs.

I almost choked on my morning coffee when I read this. The Grizzlies need talented players, and lots of them. If I'm the GM I take this trade and run. Biedrins, Wright, and Azubuike all can play. Plus they get the #7 pick as well? In return for the #2 pick in a draft where there is no second best player among a handful and two players who have no future with the team and rarely play?

Biedrins plays both power forward and center and is a great rebounder and defender. Wright gives energy and athleticism off the bench(although Warrick can provide the same). Azubuike can play both shooting guard and small forward and can give instant offense off the bench. The #7 pick could yield as good of a player as the #2 pick in this draft.

Golden State would never do this. Guaranteed. It's too good for the Grizzlies.

Yeah, I guess you could always try to turn around and flip Wright, #7 and Darko to Charlotte for Okafur & #12 (if they were looking to salary dump). Use the 12 to take Gerald Henderson. Now that would be beyond sweet - which is why it'd never happen LOL.

C-Gasol/Milicic/Haddadi
PF-Biedrins/Wright/Arthur
SF-Gay/Summers(#28)
SG-Mayo/Azubuike/Christmas(#36)
PG-Conley/Evans(#7)

Biedrins is an excellent defender and can score his points and rebounds very efficiently. and Azubuike gives you a solid 6th man who will give you 12-5-2 every night. Evans would give the Grizz a good combo guard who could probably score 10 or so a night, and Wright could be a very effective player off of the bench. IF you add in a resigned Warrick, that would give you a very potent 2nd unit of players (Milicic/Warrick/Summers/Azubuike/Evans) that could maintain a high level of play while letting the starters rest.

Thabeet is a bust and Rubio won't play for you, this would be a damn good value. That depth chart posted above looks excellent, well rounded, and ready for contention in a couple of years.

Golden State wouldn't do that.
