Well our current roster stands as:

C-Gasol/Thabeet/Haddadi
PF-Arthur/Carroll
SF-Gay/Young
SG-Mayo/Richardson/Bucker
PG-Conley/Jaric

What move should the grizzlies do next? Do they re-sign Warrick? Package A few young players and/or picks to get a legit PF? Or in FA, Do they go after someone with a huge offer? What would you want them to do at this moment?

Several issues need to be address.

1. Hire big man coach for Grizz frontcourt players
2. Install more vet experience.
3. Trade for a dependable PF who plays on both ends of the court.
4. Trade Warrick for value worth obtaining.
5. Find a backup PG and trade Jaric.
6. Fight and climb farther away from the NBA basement from hell.
7. Find that lost hope and return it back to the team and the fans.

The Grizz were willing to trade Darko for Randolph, so a veteran at the power forward position seems to be what they want. Conspicous by the draft was that they did not acquire a backup point guard, pundits have explained they want a more veteran reserve at that position instead of a young guy.

Maybe they will be able to revisit the Randolph situation but with Jaric instead? Not a huge fan of any of the PF free agent targets, and other trades may be too costly.

Anthony Carter formely of the Nuggets may be a free agent target. He is a good reserve but not a threat to the starter.

Sell the team, please! We need an owner committed to winning who doesn't interfere with the GM's decision making.

On a practical note, try to put in offers to Raymond Felton, Andre Miller, and possibly Shannon Brown.

How about Jason Kidd to backup Conley and help him improve his game?

No idea. However, the ONE thing that the Grizz have done right (props to Heisley and company on this one) is their philanthropy in general and work with St. Judes. I think this would strike a cord with Dieke. At the very least they need to see if he's open to it.

That's something they could go to Mutombo with if they choose to pursue him about it.
