As someone who loves good ribs, yet can never cook them as tender as I want, I would be willing to give up Brandon Roy for the secret. It was typed, I know Memphis ribs are supposed to be good, but THAT good? Wow, what's the secret to great ribs? I live in Vancouver and can trade a good Salmon recipe.
