I understand that Jeff is not a Grizzly, he is still a free agent, but after playing with the Grizzlies for the summer league team, I thought I'd share this interview. Jeff answered a few of my questions in an interview I had with him a few days ago. Here it is:

Re: Jeff Adrien Interview
They are at 13 players now aren't they? And with them taking on Hunter I imagine all that's left is for a minimum wage player. Adrien could get signed this summer or be a camp invitee and get signed after that. I think the Grizzlies will keep their options open for a while and I don't expect another signing soon.

Hunter rolled into town with the Heisley "cash considerations" special. If Adrien comes to camp and impresses (or someone else for that matter), I would think that Hunter would be out the door.

Re: Jeff Adrien Interview
I'd love to see Adrien sign with the Grizz. I really liked him at UConn and I think that he could be helpfull to this Memphis team. I thought that he would get picked in the second round this year but his height is probably what's keeping teams away from him. I think he's worth a shot.
Thanks for the interview, btw.
