Your answer is actually in your post. He is married to Adriana Lima. What more do you need to wish upon him, to be King of Zumunda? The contract can be traced to his days as an LA clipper and when you think about guys who hit the market who seem to be overpaid in the latter years of their deal his is actually not as bad as most. Meaning think your lucky stars this guy is not a 20 million per or 13 million per. I would gladly accept the 7 million a year but yeah it would be great if he were some where else.

Most teams have a player with a sizeable contract that doesn't play much. I remember in Vancouver a player, Doug Edwards, who played for at least two seasons for the Grizzlies, who I swear I never saw get into a game more than five or so times over two seasons, and he wasn't injured. I always was jealous of the guy since he made around $2mil for absolutely nothing.

So Jaric at least gets a bit more playing time than that. And with the departure of Greg Buckner and Quinton Ross, and with Sam Young not really being a shooting guard, unless Memphis brings in another player I can see Jaric playing a little more this coming season. I suppose Marcus Williams might get a bit of time at the two since I remember him and Kidd playing at the same time for a while, although the Nets dropped that idea after a while.

he's going to be assing around the court a lot this season without Lowry to be the ass king. I certainly believe Conley to start every game he's healthy, but Jaric is going to need to come very strong this year for us. We put all our faith in him this offseason.

In a transition game, surrounded by shooters, Marko could actually contribute. He is a decent defender, passer and tries. The problem is he cant really shoot or finish consistently. He also gets very down on himself and cannot create in the half-court.
