why do fans have such animosity towards KG? I dont' understand it. To me he represents the ultimate leader in basketball. He plays every game with total passion and pride. It seems very rare in some sports. Football they only play a few games each year in NFL so they are very intense and completely invested in every play of every game (usually).

So what is all the hate of KG?

I got into arguments a lot about it. I think he is one of the most inspiring players of all NBA. He is right up there with Pau Gasol to me, if not higher. What is the issue? What has he done like Shaq feuding with Kobe, like Lebrandon James doing dances in front of the losing team? Or lowered his integrity by asking for a trade from Minnesota? I thought he gave his all to them to the end.

chris wallace is a horrible gm, and i feel bad for memphis fans. the thabeet pick is only the beginning. just hope he gets fired soon for your franchises sake.

Chris Wallace seems to be ok because it sounds like Heisley is calling all the major shots like coaching hiring, draft picks, and blockbuster trades (Pau Gasol). But Wallace does get credit for OJ Mayo and he certainly earned his paycheck with that one!!!! The Darko hiring did not really pan out but certainly was not bad! JCN was great. Iverson of course again was Heisley. So for what it's worth - looks like CW has been ok for Grizz. and despite all the crap players Boston accumulated in the early Oughts, the payoff was IMMENSE! The inside deal with Kevin McHale got them the trophy.

sorry buddy but im in the bandwagon of KG haters. I dont know why. in the early days in the Wolves i just didnt like how he played. when he got the respect of the league he lost the respect to the league. he started to intimidate just the young players, push them. I have a good example in that great night when Pau Gasol dunked on his face in his rookie or sophomore year. IS that kind of player you might love if he is in your team but since i also support lakers...

Hope we end with their streak. i cant see that game...

Hope the Grizzlies can steal a win tonight. Going to need to play defense and get easy baskets.

Right now the Grizz are on top 50-49 in the second quarter. So far the game has been fun so far.

I like what I see out of the Grizzlies thus far. They need to tighten up the defense if they want to win though.

Yeah this game is way to close for comfort. If the Celts find a way to get an offensive spark going. It will spell trouble for the Grizz.

Good KP43 just got his fourth foul. It should be free reign on the Celts in the post. The Grizz need to take it to the post and attack it at will.

Grizz didn't play smart in the last few minutes of the game. They have to regroup in the fourth quarter if they wish to win the game.

94-93 Celts after the Grizz make sum good stops on defense with lead to 4 quick pts.

The game is real tight.

Someday when the Grizzlies can hit 3s consistently they'll win these games.
