Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.
1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.
Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Once the writeups are posted, I will add a poll, and the team with the most votes after 24 hours will advance. EACH MANAGER SHOULD ALSO VOTE FOR THEIR OWN TEAM IN THE POLL - IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, YOU ARE SIMPLY GIVING AWAY A VOTE. If the votes are tied, we will decide the matchup via AI vote.
You are not required to state or explain your vote, but you are free to comment in the thread if you want to.
If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

Chauncey Billups (38) / Steve Kerr (10)
Michael Jordan (40) / Steve Kerr (8)
Danny Green (38) / James Jones (10)
Giannis Antetokounmpo (36) / James Jones (8) / Dwight Powell (4)
Patrick Ewing (40) / Dwight Powell (8)
Michael Jordan (1991) - 22.4 FGA/G - MVP, Finals MVP, DPOY7, Defensive 1st Team
Giannis Antetokounmpo (2019) - 17.3 FGA/G - MVP, DPOY2, Defensive 1st Team
Patrick Ewing (1992) - 18.6 FGA/G - MVP5, NBA2, Defensive 2nd Team
Chauncey Billups (2006) - 12.5 FGA/G - NBA2, 43.3% 3PT, 8.6 APG, Defensive 2nd Team
Danny Green (2017) - 6.6 FGA/G - 37.9% 3PT, Defensive 2nd Team
Steve Kerr (1991) - 3.9 FGA/G - 45.2% 3PT
Dwight Powell (2021) - 3.3 - 63.1% EFG, .188 WS/48
James Jones (2012) - 3.0 FGA/G - 40.4% 3PT
87.6/88
My approach to this game is to lean on our elite two-way players, defensive versatility, and outside shooting to control the tempo and disrupt Laimbeer’s offense. I’ll have Chauncey Billups use his size and defense to make life difficult for Steve Nash, while Michael Jordan takes on Tracy McGrady, pressuring him on both ends and forcing him into tough looks. Giannis Antetokounmpo will use his length and athleticism to challenge Charles Barkley, both defensively and by attacking him in transition. Patrick Ewing’s rim protection will be crucial in limiting Dwight Howard’s effectiveness inside. Offensively, I’ll run the attack through MJ and Giannis, using their ability to collapse the defense while spacing the floor with Danny Green, Steve Kerr, and James Jones to keep defenders from packing the paint. I’ll also push the pace whenever possible, taking advantage of Nash and Barkley’s defensive limitations and forcing their offense into contested shots against my elite defenders.
Good luck beer.

Dwight Howard ( 2010 ) 10.2
Charles Barkley ( 1992 ) 14.9
Larry Bird ( 1991 ) 17
Tracy McGrady ( 2003 ) 24.2
Steve Nash ( 2005 ) 11.4
Maxi Kleber ( 2024 ) 3.4
Luc Mbah a Moute ( 2016 ) 3.0
Delon Wright ( 2022 ) 3.5

Larry Bird (36) / Luc Mbah a Moute (12)
Tracy McGrady (38) / Delon Wright (10)
Steve Nash (38) / Delon Wright (10)
Offensively, we are a terror on the break with Nash, TMac and Barkley with Bird trailing and Howard running the floor. Bird and Nash will be a lot to deal with in the half court as creators. They are solid defensively, but we have an exceptional amount of ability with the ball.
They want to get to the hole a lot with Giannis and Jordan, so we'll be dropping in coverage to crowd the paint as much as possible. Dwight/Ewing, Barkley/Giannis, Bird/Green, TMac/Jordan, and Nash/Billups. Barkley is strong, low to the ground, and quick so he can provide resistance.

To me this is a match up of two evils.
Complete 100% offense with very little defense.
Complete 100% defense with very little spacing.
Both benches are horrible (no offense).
Fun match up

MJ has too many defensive holes to pick apart in this one

Laimbeer built a decent team considering the Bird pick but overall I think Jimmy's defensive advantage is too much.
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change
