We already voted on this the 1st time around and got rid of the crap way in favor of logic and fairness. Do we really need to do another vote? Seriously? :noway:

What? The season is over, we can save the hassell and just do a ESPN draft simulation. We have the lottery standings and such why run a sim? We can trade during draft.

Except for teams with large expirings this offseason.

That doesn't affect ESPN's draft sim at all when you start with the draft. The draft sim is based on how teams finished this year.

Well you obvious have a little bias because you have expirings you could use to help the Cavs. I have Marion a 17.8 million expiring, but I still would like to do a draft now rather than re-trade for the 08-09 season. The season is over, trade deadline passed, the rosters should be set for off-season trading. Either way I fine with in terms of trading but the picks should be based on the real life standings

if this is the belief then it should be

09 draft
FA period
Trading

i dont like this way btw

I want
08/09 trading
09 draft use CURRENT standings unless teams like Washington build an incredible team and still gets the #1 pick. If they do then do a sim. (my reasoning behind this is that Washingtons players are very valuable to separate teams thus they can build a contender and still get the #1 pick which is kinda unfair, a sim should be run then.
FA period
trading using 09/10 salaries
2010 free agency (game should end before this step imho)
2010 Free agency

If a spot opens up I would also like to get in, I have been in every one of these games so far--just missed the sign ups by a day :)
