Cleveland - bailed before he lost his FAs
Pistons - was banned, haven't heard from him in quite awhile - quit?
Clippers - brother of banned, also haven't heard from him in quite awhile - quit?
Heat - Believe it when I see it...

with the game being so close to over I don't see the point in trying to replace the few MIAs :(

knowing the Clipps quite, wouldn't you have matched the Rondo deal considering the team is basically built around him? You decided to sign players for both Clev and Miami, but why not match the Rondo deal?

I sent him an email to match Rondo's offer but he didn't. Whether or not he actually quit I am not sure of, hence the question mark. He wasn't the GM that actually built that team either, vege was. I have no idea what his plans may or may not be.

Only GM that actually quit was Cleveland and that is the only team I tried to make valid signings for. Only player I signed for Miami was a 1 year deal for his idol AI. That was more out of fun and mischievousness than trying to fill out his team for him.

THe Bobcats are about to acquire TJ Ford ($8,500,000). Looking to trade him (possibly a package with DaeQuann Cook) for a shooting guard.

Trading will cease come midnight EST

I have posted a write ups thread so you can start planning for that portion of the game. Make sure you get your roster within the 12-15 man limit.

Write up deadline is tomorrow at midnight EST so feel free to start sending in rankings come that time.

Send both East and West for Win Now, Rebuild, and best overall job based on starting point/goals.

I will be using the same point system that skorff used last go round. Any team that does not have their write up completed will get 25 points deducted right off the bat.

^^Love the honesty, Bness.

In the same vein, I've worked forty hours thsi week so far, which wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't also had two finals, a paper, a 20 minute presentation on the link between the concentration of Wal-Marts and suicide/homicide rates, the final days of my internship, teaching assistantship, and tending to the girl's needs...I need to finish work today and then sleep for like ninteen hours. Unfortunately I can only sleep a max of 11. I will get some rankings done tomorrow during the day if that's cool. If not, no big.

Not even close in the girl dept. Although I am the type of person who just decides he wants to be good at something and change gears and can do it ;)

Being that I'm not suicidal, I'm guessing option A.
