Thank you for the vote Warspite. Unfortunately I have to vote against you – simply because Blazers are too good in the frontcourt (again, one great Wilt cant’ do everything against so deep frontcourt) and overall better defensively.

Some fun matchups.

I'm picking Portland over the Warriors. They have the advantage pretty much everywhere but Center (and 6th man; but Cliffie works as well for Portland's needs as Mullin does for GS's). They also have two very good centers with real size and better team efficiency and balance. Wilt could take over this series . . . or Rick Barry could truly explode; but that's what the Warriors need and I think the Blazers win otherwise.

In the Milwaukee/Chicago series, I have to give it to Milwaukee. Kareem is nearly as dominant as MJ and Milwaukee's bench is a lot better. Plus, not thrilled with Sloan at PG, just don't think it will work the way you want it to. Again, picking balance over starpower which isn't my normal prediction for playoffs but I do love that Bucks team (and hated getting matched up against them).

Sorry guys, apparently my post didn't post before I left Friday. I'm going Portland. Barry and Wilt are fantastic, but a healthy Walton, Roy, Drexler fits together pretty well and is too much to overcome.
