Not sure where MJallday is; but in the interests of keeping the game moving (especially as trading has started); I thought a few things should be clarified. These are just my suggestions by the way, so feel free to disagree!

Rules & Suggestions

Player Options

For trading purposes, I suggest we assume all players have picked up their 2011 player options, unless otherwise stated. Everyone ok with this? I'll try to build a list of players opting out below...

Players who are not taking up their 2011 options, as reported in national and local media, are:

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Amar'e Stoudemire, Chris Bosh, John Salmons, Channing Frye, Joel Anthony. (please feel free to add to this list)

Trading

Trading has begun; I suggest we continue to trade until MJallday confirms draft time. Although timescales do not coincide with real NBA trading, I suggest we assume all trades we are working on are 'pre-arranged' trades for first days trading... does that sound ok?

Communication

Please communicate via email or AIM; or via the discussions topic on the forum. PLEASE reply to all trade offers; if the answer is no, a simple ‘no thanks’ in reply is fine, rather than leave people waiting.

guys give mj a chance to run his own game before this falls apart. He has stated that nothing will start being official untill after the lotter and then FA and options will be worked out. There are more players then the few you listed that have options that they may excercise (Dirk for example)

the trades that have been made still have not been made official so please hold off untill mj (or the guys he has helping him that also said this was moving too fast) make official announcements

I see your point but the trading thread was started an he stated trading was beginning on 14th May, which most people have started doing. Since then I've not seen him.

I think most people are keen to move on with the game; just trying to set out a common structure for people to work to.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

agree, the more import thing then deciding free agents is to get all the teams spoken for and all the rosters posted. Untill that happens nothing else can move on.

Guys have sacraficed playing this game to run it and try to fix the kinks that cause problems. Give them a chance to get together the game plan. I am sure mj with the help of rocdogg and cellardoor and whoever else is offering to help him will make this game an improvement, just give them time

ALL trades will be canceled and trading will start one day before the draft.

lukekarts will be acting commish while MJallday deals with personal stuff.

I will be here to help him out and act as commish if he is involved in a trade.

peace, rocdogg
