I'll always say to myself, "I'm gonna take a break from the next game," but it's already been a while, and I can't pass on an ATL with a different twist. I'm in.

^Sorry, Reggie Miller didn't make much of a splash as a rookie.

Great, thanks Warspite.

Hey Miller, you have haters? That means you are making an impact at least . . . .

You should know by now that my thing is that I don't ever get the Pacers I want.

Clark Kellogg and Mel Daniels are gonna do something.

I on the other hand can. And since everything is in flux right now, I'll wisely sit a round out.

Have fun kids.

How time consuming would this be? It's just a draft right? How do you win?

Sign me up. I suppose I can always learn on the fly.

the draft is the first (and small) portion of it. Afterwards there are head to head match-ups with write-ups and rebuttals where you try to convince your peers or judges that your team's offensive and defensive schemes and match-ups would beat your opponents.

Oh, well in that case, my involvement at school won't allow for that. I'm just too busy. Maybe in a couple of months.

Should we do some recruiting? We have 4 players or something like that.

Honestly, it might take that long to get a group together....

If someone in this has recruits in mind, go for it....

I see two options. 1, we say **** it and go with 5 for a short draft, but we go really intense with writeups until we decide internally who is the best team. With this we should also disallow rookie years before 1970, just to thin out the ridiculous talent for only 5 teams. 2, we shelf this and wait for people to get some more free time.

5 just isn't enough to be worth it. If we can't pull in 8, it's probably not worth doing. I think everyone right now is focusing on the new season -- there's hope now for everyone, even Wizards and Clippers fans :)

I'm inclined to agree. 8 is the bare minimum.

Yeah this doesnt seem to be as popular as other thought it would be. We can shelve it for a few weeks. If you wanted to go 6 teams i would consider dropping it down to the 3pt era 1979-2010. 30 yrs is still enough that every starter is a ROY.
