Will you have future rankings up as well?

maybe we can do a head to head for fun! That is if we can find some real judges. On a positive note, both of us voted eachother #1 so we both were honest unlike a few others

I wouldn't mind that, although I'm doubtful we'll find any real judges. This board seems quite dead at the moment.

Reading through this thread as an unbiased party, I don't think Portland receives enough credit. Howard/Randolph is the best 4/5 in the NBA. Add Bass and Wallace to solidify the deepest big man rotation. Thorton, McGrady, Bibby and Chalmers are all decent wing players, not much worse than Harden, Hinrich, Afflalo. Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA. He's the best playmaker, the best closer, and the best winner. You can't shut Kobe and Dwight down, ever. New Orleans is the deepest team in the west, but their studs (Duncan, Pau, Parker) don't pack half the punch that Portland's do. Durant/Westbrook/Jefferson is nice, but could not touch Portland in the playoffs.

1. Portland
2. New Orleans
3. Oklahoma City

In the East, Miami is obviously a juggernaught. It's not hard to make them one. Leave them alone and they likely win the East.

1. Miami
2. Detroit
