I apologize for not stating my full thought process in this decision.

Just to clarify, we had 13 lottery teams and NYK would be where it is regardless since DET is not going to be a playoff team and that's how I ran the lottery. I did this just to prevent DET from winning the lottery and having an unmanned team reap the benefits of a top pick. As for the 2nd, since DET finishes next to TOR, and owns the TOR 2nd, would you be opposed to just taking the TOR 2nd? I just meant for DET-owned picks to be the last ones, not DET picks straight up. The TOR pick is right where DET would've finished.

DET is for all intents and purposes out of the game. With 2 weeks left and whatnot and no draft to participate in, and my hardline principle that I will not take control of a team, that's just what's going on.
