Ehh, why not? Rebuttal:

I don't get the statement for Ginobili. He's a beast playoff performer, and proven on the biggest of stages -- not to mention he's very good off the ball which is what we wanted considering we don't need Ginobili to be a superstar per say; just do what he's done since '05. How much superstar ability can Roy display when he's the third option in the offense?

I question the role of Miller's bench, Jordan was still a high usage player, that you didn't WANT to be a high usage guy (at this point of his career). Serving as a more spot up shooter next to other clear better offensive options, I question how much impact he'll have. Similarly with Diaw, he was most effective when he more a focal part of the offense -- that's shown in his decline when Amar'e came back, or when he left Nash/Suns. Nene is good, but keep in mind, Gasol/Ginobili take minutes off our bench, and we bring in multiple All-D guys that can stretch the floor with decent all round games. I definitely don't see a bench advantage at all.

And, I'd have my doubts about Roy/Granger effectively guarding Ginobili/Peja as well. I think it's probably important to mention that my guys play almost similar roles to the ones they had on their team. Roy and Granger are used to being the "guys" for their team, and not only would they have to share with each other, but playing more off the ball with Paul and Garnett anchoring the offense. Again, I don't think the wings determine the outcome of this series.

RE: Haven't checked rebounding. On an initial glance, it would look like it's comparable, can't say much more; don't know if it affects the series either way. Shaq will murder Kaman on the boards, he considerably out rebounded MUTOMBO during his prime in a playoff setting. Garnett would outrebound Gasol probably to a near similar extent that Shaq/Kaman would, and our perimeter players are pretty much near similar I'd think.

Multiple fallacies in there, but I don't see a scenario where I win this, with the way voting has gone.

The Paul/Billups match-up will hurt Miller quite a biton paper. I feel like having KG patrolling PnRs and the like. I also think that Gasol, while still very good, being the 4th/5th option on offense is going to help Miller out. Shaq's going to murder Kaman, no two ways about it. The question really is how much offense KG gets off, how well Granger does in his role, and if Roy/Paul can kill and create. I don't buy Billups slowing Paul as being the norm frankly.

In the end, I think the oft underrated Peja along with Shaq and co are a bit too much for Miller with his lack of interior defense beyond KG.

I think the Shaq vs. Kaman/Nene matchup is just to much for Miller to overcome. Billups plays Paul well (see DEN/NOH series from a few years ago) but Paul will still get his. Gasol is a damn good player, not on the same level as KG but the gap isn't as huge as the center position matchup is. I think the wings play similar roles, and that it will come down to frontcourt play.

The big part here, is that Shaq has a bigger advantage over Kaman, than KG does over Gasol. Paul will have a better series to even things out, but I think that Manu/Peja is the better wing combo, and provides insane spacing for Shaq down low

Gonna have to vote for TMAC as well, beating Shaq is no easy task, but I think Miller has assembled an amazing perimeter offense. Unfortunately, TMAC still has very good perimeter play to support Shaq up front and that combination is just devastating.
