Any thought on rules? I’d recommend that games be played under the rules of the random season. For instance, a mid 90s draft would have short 3P line, etc.

Yep, rules, officiating, everything is like the assigned season.

I like the idea of discussing, but some of these could go very quickly.

Hopefully a lot of them will. Just thinking it’d be interesting to see each draft.

How about just having a spreadsheet with all the picks?

I prefer a thread. Hard to access google, and there will be a playoff thread anyways.

If he posts the matchups, we can get started ASAP.

I like the Google doc idea. It won't get cluttered, but is also publicly available to those who want to see it.

I was thinking the same. It would be either that, or a "round-robin" at some point, such as the final 3 in a 12 person bracket.

As far as the drafts, I think the spreadsheet is a good idea. We can easily see all the picks and status of each. Maybe whoever is paired with euro can help him out and conduct the draft by PM and post all the picks for their matchup.

It might be a good idea to just agree on a two hour appointment with your opponent and just do the entire draft, particularly if he's in a very different time zone.

Also, I'll post the playoff threads. These updates have been made in the sign-up OP.

The signup hasn't even been up for 24 hours, let's try to get two more.

I really don't want the signups to drag on. If we don't get a couple more folks I'd like to kick things off tonight anyway. I suppose there would by a couple of byes.

I expect a straggler or three. If you set up a window with your opponent tomorrow night you could probably blow through it.

we only need one more person. I'd wait another day at least. I think we can get full 16. I think some of these games haven't filled up lately just because they are rushed to start.
