For the FA rules, minimum cap hold and rookie minimum should be the same amount. Also, we will need a FA thread for the 2016/17 season so people can sign players. I would make it easy that it is highest bid 3 hours after a player is waived and contract can only be for the 1 year. Otherwise, I think everything looks fine.

I think it wont happen that people join mid-game. Its more realistic that people will quit and then we need more people willing to double.

BUT I am worried about some of the guys who signed up a week ago and haven't been complaining cause they haven't been posting... those are the guys who might just drift away if we wait too long. It's a difficult and annoying tight rope to walk, I wish we just had 5 to 10 more reliable guys who consistently played these, cause we have about 15 or so posters who show up every time but that's just not enough for a game and then we spend two weeks scrounging for enough to fill it out. Kinda sucks but that's life.

My thought was with this most recent sign up. I think we have enough to cover all 30 teams with people doubling up. I am fine waiting until Saturday but I would just go with all 30 teams assigned and if we get 2 more people later, they can do expansion or take over for someone doubling up. If we don't get any more and people with 1 team don't want to double up, we go forward with no expansion.

I know I'm new, but I'll be extremely active, with the only possible times I won't be are for sleep and football this weekend. When football is not on, or on commercial, I can/will check. Also, I'd actually rather have the Spurs than the Clippers, but I'm open to any team. It might actually be better to give me a cruddy team, since this is my first one.

Since I think we have enough people for all 30 teams and the 2 expansion now, do we want to move the schedule up a bit and extend the length of the trade window so people have time to make more moves and start sooner?

Roster Templates are updated with Hollis Thompson waiving, Cavs trading 18 1st for 17 1st and Cavs trading Dunleavy and 19 1st for Korver with updated salaries. Yes, Im faster than basketballinsiders lol.

If you trade multiple guys and your roster goes under 12, how do you make your team legal if you can't sign players?

Correct which is why you need to be able to sign players. If I have 13 players and want to trade 2 for 1, I need to sign someone before I can make that trade.
