Taking Gasol instead of Billups was dumb, everyone had centers... Also blindsided by ardee not taking his all time favorite PG pick.

Others should check to make sure their eliminated teams is up to date on Sheet 2.
Also, I'm pretty sure I lead the game with 11 teams eliminated.
I though it was switched to just the teams the player played for in the chosen season. For example, I’m going 07/08 Pierce so the Celtics are eliminated, but not Nets or Clippers. Or do I have this wrong ??
If you pick Pierce, you can no longer use a season for a player on any of Pierce’s franchises. But you could use Timberwolves Garnett, even though he also played on the Celtics. Does that make sense?
Ohhh ok I think I get it.

Yeah, I think some people have it backwards.
The season you choose for a player has NO IMPACT on which teams are eliminated. When I picked Shaq, I lost every one of his teams.
I can still choose players who played for any Shaq team, I just can't select SEASONS in which those players played for the Lakers, Magic, Cavs, Suns, Heat, or Celtics. For example, I picked Shane Battier, but I have to use a Rockets season, not a Heat season. And now I can't use the Grizzlies anymore either.

I mean... Can't you just take that PG instead? I'm not seeing the issue.

Yeah I think Gasol would have been available late.

I keep mine next to my FGA at the bottom of my roster page. Its easy to track as well(just copy/paste the previous group on teams and add the new ones for each new player).

Roddy or Colbinii might have taken him. He'd fit both their teams nicely.

I will probably take him but I rate Billups higher, although he costs a lot of teams

I wouldn't have let him get past my next pick, but not waiting the turn for him was just a fail

Re: Contracting Player Pool Draft - Discussion Thread
Thought about getting super greedy and taking Christie and waiting on a PG.
Decided Kidd was really the only PG left that was worth doing that for, and that I might not be able to get him if I waited.

that's pretty standard for me.
I also could add 3 FGA by changing Klay/Magic to other years which are commonly used in this
