Bulls have interest in Derrick Favors. Would you be interested in any player among
Cam Payne
Jerian Grant
Denzel Valentine
Paul Zipser
John Collins

BTW I would be remiss if I didn't ask - what's Jimmy Butler's status? The Jazz might be willing to make an offer?

What are your future first round picks? None of those really tickle my fancy.

I have all my picks. I'd do lottery protected 2018

PHX gets Dunn + first round pick from Utah

IND gets Favors

?

That's what I was picturing but bwg doesn't like Dunn.. if he doesn't like Dunn he won't like Baldwin so I don't have a place in the talks.

I thought booker and Dunn could fit nicely

Yeah, it's not a bad pairing, especially defensively. Dunn can cover the better guard of the opponent. He's a damn good defender even in his current state. What do you think about Dellavedova in this trade... and what does PHX think about him? Would he be good replacement in this trade? Maybe IND needs to add a wing-defender?

I'm pretty happy with the Lance and Glenn duo of the bench. Especially if I can't flip Dunn of dellavedova and end up playing small.

I don't mind trading any of the point guards though, I'm planning Teague as more of an unofficial RFA given how happy he was to be here..

Even if we did that, it would have to include one of Henson, Delly, or Thad since i have no cap..

We listened to a couple offers before the draft, nothing came close. Now we have already taken steps towards another season with him - trading our #16 for a vet, etc.
I don't see anything on your roster that could make me change my mind right now

Yeah, I probably value Favors more than most around here. I consider him lottery pick value and when you cut the opportunity of having the pick in the lottery it becomes much less enticing for me.

Just so you know, the offer you would have gotten from me for Butler would have been something like Favors(or Lyles if you prefer him), Hood, Exum, 3 first round picks. But yah... if you are not ready to trade him, this probably doesn't change your mind.

Not a terrible offer, but it would have been hard to hit the reset button with these as a foundation.

Would you be more interested in Bobby Portis?

Not really, we already have several young PFs and I'm not sure I like him much better than any of them(although I liked him better than Lyles coming out of the draft and I probably still do like him better... but still, the difference is not worth it for me).

Ok. Feel free to revisit later if you need the cap space or change your mind

Would Domantas Sabonis, Brandon Wright, and a 2020 OKC top 5 protected pick be enough for Favors?

There goes Indy's shot at getting Favors.

Probably would've been better to have kept this thread separate for just the draft picks to be posted so it's easier to track them (while keeping all trade talk in the other thread) and prob should've had time limits for each pick.

Are you willing to take back salary (as in, absorb a bigger contract with your cap space)?

Gonna make life easy on everyone and hope you do the same to wrap this up.

1. Alec Peters
2. Monte Morris

After spens picks someone just make the call for me.

This is somewhat enticing. I'm trying to determine if I want Wright or not. Can you absorb Favors' contract if I decide I don't want Wright or do you need me to take him to make salaries work? I need to do some calculations and it's past mid-night here and I need to go to bed. I will take a look at it tomorrow and give you an answer... Is that OK?
