Kings Trade

Jimmer Fredette (2,238,360)
Chuck Hayes (5,250,000)

Total: $ 7,488,360

Jazz Trade:

Gordon Hayward (2,532,960)
TPE (4,955,400)

Total: $ 7,488,360

Kings make this trade to clear salary for an upcoming Blockbuster deal. We also like Haywards game, and feel he can be a valuable player in the rotation.

Unless I'm mistaken, that TPE should be worth the 5.25 million equal to Hayes' contract. It's two part trade that acts simultaneously since you can't combine players with TPE. The Hayward for Fredette part is the first part and the Hayes for TPE is the second part.

Utah is happy to accept. We love Jimmer's shooting ability and of course, he gets to come back to Utah. Chuck Hayes is a solid role player who we basically get for nothing.

#54 Minnesota and Boston have a trade:

Minnesota trades: Manu Ginobili($12,981,038) + Rudy Fernandez($2,180,443) = $15,161,481

Boston trades: Ray Allen($10,000,000) + Iman Shumpert($1,563,120) + Sasha Pavlovic($854,389) = $12,417,509 x 1.25 = $15,521,886

Minnesota accepts. We shopped Manu for awhile and thought this was the best deal we could find. Ray Allen, while old..Is still playing at a very high level, and really efficient. Shumpert is a nice prospect with great size and athleticism and he is among the league leaders in steals.

Boston accepts. Giving up one of the best 3pt shooter was tough a young prospect but Manu can take over games and win them. We need that.

#55 Minnesota and Utah have a trade:

Minnesota sends: Iman Shumpert($1,563,120) + 2013 NJN 2nd x 1.5 = $2,344,680

Utah sends: Alec Burks($2,020,200)

Minnesota will also send $1m in cash.

Minnesota accepts. We like Burks a little bit more. We think he has the potential to be a top SG someday. He has a nice handle, solid mid-range jump shot and nice size / athleticism.

Tyreke Evans (4,151,640)
Tyrus Thomas (7,305,785)

Total: $ 16,765,059

Magic Trade

Dwayne Wade (15,691,000)
Glen Davis (6,300,000)
DeAndre Liggins (473,604)
Justin Harper (473,604)

Total: $ 22,938,208

The Kings do this deal because a change in culture needed to be made. The need to return this franchise to it's days of exciting playoff basketball not seen since the great clashes against the Lakers was #1 on the agenda. Bringing Dwayne Wade aboard is 1 step closer to restoring this franchise to it's old winning ways.

Confirmed. I'ved changed howard into a franchise pg, sg, and c. good dealing.

trade #56

Miami and NY agree to a deal

Miami trades
A.Iguodala $13,531,750
J.Richardson $5,395,000
2013 Miami 2nd
totals: $18,926,750

NY trades
K.Martin $11,519,840
L.Scola $ 8,591,793
totals: $20,111,633

nice to finally work out a deal with Miami, NY does this deal to fill out our starting unit. Scola was a luxury that I could not afford with a hole on the wing. Its funny cause as a Philly guy the only person I want the Sixers to move is Iggy and here I am targeting him, that said I think on a team like mine and a team that will NOT let him have the ball in his hands to screw up at the end. He fits like a glove. I have now turned Melo and the flavor of the week Lin into Rondo, Iggy, Jrich, a 1st and a 2nd. not too shabby

Heat agree. Nice dealing SB!

We get a better fit next to Lebron. Iggy is hitting the 3's this year, but he's basically Lebron without scoring. So we move him for KMart who is a nice scorer + shooter. This year he hasn't found his groove, so that I would say that Iggy is valuewise slightly above Martin.
But the real deal is that we got Scola for JRich. The latter had an unwanted contract for us, because we have Meeks and Jones as our wing shooters. Scola fills a need and our frontcourt looks nice right now. Haslem will play the 5 coming from the bench.

Chicago accepts. We do this to move Boozer's big contract, which doesn't fit into our plans. This gives Chicago about $31m in cap space this summer, and allows us to bring Gibson into the starting lineup... for now. nice deal Tully, GL with this year's 1st, it'll be better now.

Spurs accept. We acquire minimum 5 years of Biyombo and 6 picks in the upcoming draft. It's hard to turn down. Anderson is a special player, but we love the package.

Spurs accept. Get a very nice player in Mayo to put alongside Beasley for the present and future. Have to give up two young players but like the value we get.

#62 Minnesota and Philadelphia have a trade:

Minnesota sends: Andrew Bogut($12,000,000) + Ray Allen($10,000,000) + Sasha Pavlovic = $22,854,389

Philadelphia sends: Joakim Noah($12,000,000) + Thad Young($7,478,261) + Mario Chalmers($4,000,000) = $23,478,261

Minnesota accepts. Even though we downgrade the center spot, we get someone who is a little more durable and athletic. We also get someone in Thad who is a great athlete/defender and when we go and play small ball we can run out a lineup with him and love at the 4/5.

Bogut is injured currently but when healthy he is a top 3 center. Allen is having an unreal season and can space the floor for us.

The Rockets and Bulls have agreed upon a deal.

Rockets Receive
Delonte West (854,389 min salary cap hit)
Chicago '14 1st (top 8 prot 3 years then turns into future considerations such as deep dish pizza and more importantly half acre ale)

Total: $854,389

Bulls Receive
NYK '12 1st (top 20 protected then turns into 3 2nds or something wierd)

Total: $0

Deal doesn't work yet... Houston is okay with roster spots (14) but this would put Chicago below 12. Chicago will confirm roster move to make it work, whether its inclusion in this of a player, trade elsewhere, or signing abroad.
