I have had a couple of offers already for Earl Clark and Robin Lopez. If anyone wants in on the action, now is the time. My coach doesn't know what to do with youngsters.

I am also interested to see what value I can get for Leandro Barbosa and Jason Richardson. Richardson comes off the books in 2011. My top targets are an athletic Small Forward, however I could do with a more defensive Center and a good perimeter defender.

Basically make offers for all my team, although to land Nash and Amar'e it will have to be special.
There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

the entire Heat roster is up for grabs except DWade. I have all sorts of expirings (JO, Q, Haslim, Wright plus some small guys) and am willing to take on overpaid talent. My young talent can be had Beasley (not giving him away), Chamlers and Cook. Offer away

Anyone on the Bucks is available as well, though it would take a lot to get Jennings or Bogut.

Willing to deal anyone on the Grizz for the right offer.

Ive got 3 first rounders in this next draft. I've also got some young talent and expirings.

Probably not looking to get much older unless its an amazing offer, though.

State of the Trailblazers, player by player GM's evaluation.

Miller - A nice stopgap vet PG, Miller is available as we feel that Bayless is ready for more minutes.

Roy - very difficult to obtain for obvious reasons

Batum - I view Batum as our long term starting SF. He has enormous potential and grabbed the starting spot as a 19yo last year, never looking back. The French team used him as a point forward and his defense is very good - like his idol, Scottie Pippen. Batum also displayed solid range out to the 3pt line. We highly value Nic and he will be difficult to obtain.

Aldridge - I don't expect Aldridge to be a perennial all-star, but he looks like a Rasheed Wallace caliber player who is a nice second option. His contract (avg 13m) may seem excessive, but it's the going rate for big men of his ability/age and he's been maxed out in previous games. Aldridge is available for the right price.

Oden - leading the league or top three in REB%, BLK%, DRTG, and TS% before his injury, the only thing that's standing in his way is his health. His value is very tricky to peg, but I have him as our second most valuable asset after Roy. He can be had, but it'll take a great offer.

Outlaw - Instant scoring 6th man off the bench, Outlaw has added a very reliable 3pt shot to his arsenal. He excels as a 3/4 and would be nice in either a starting or big minute reserve role. Outlaw is available.

Fernandez - We'd be happy with Rudy starting at SG but another guy kinda has that job. Has displayed excellent/clutch shooting, great playmaking abilities, a real nose for the ball on D/ballhawking, and leadership. As much as we like Rudy, we'll look to move him unless we get an offer for Roy that blows us away.

Przybilla - Arguably the best backup C in the league, one more PO left on contract, was near the top of the league in DRTG. He would be a nice starter on many teams and is available.

Blake - Nice backup PG and expiring contract. Great 3pt shot.

Webster - Signed to a reasonable contract, Webster is a solid NBA rotation player with room to grow. Displays fantastic athleticism, a deft jumper, and his D is often on. Looking for value in return.

Bayless - recently busted out with a 31 point game, Bayless is still 21 and somewhat inconsistent, but he always plays hard, gets to the line, displays excellent defensive effort, and an improving 3pt jumper. I like Bayless as a possible long term G solution next to Roy, nice contract/potential. Available in the right deal.

Minimum Contracts:

Howard - like having another assistant, Howard also recently posted a double double, proving that he can still play a bit at 36.

Pendergraph - nice, cheap backup PF. Grabbed 14 boards a couple of days ago, has nice range, and plays physical D. Highest value of our min. contracts.

Cunningham - versatile 3/4 with nice potential as an all-around rotation player. Do it all type, grabs boards, scores a bit, plays D.

Mills - cheap PG debuted last night with a couple of dimes in five minutes. Tore it up, especially from three, in the d-league.

Sabas, I sent you a e-mail, it's not an offer, but more of looking for your thoughts.

I have two quick questions. One, can a player you acquire be turned around traded again in a deal with other players? Secondly, what about trading consecutive year picks, i.e. 2011 and 2012.

As always Troy Murphy and T.J. Ford are OTB. E-mail me with offers on any of my players.

one more thing...

injuries.

are we assuming that our players are healthy?

I've currently got seven of my top nine rotation players injured so it's a huge factor for my squad...

^^In the past we played this game as if we weren't in a vacuum. When Yao went down, I had Houston, and it screwed a lot of things up.

It all depends on the player really. If they have a History of being injured than people look at them with less value when they are injured. If they are not regularly injured then usually their value does not drop much. With that being said, I know last game injuries were not looked at so much as previous games and most players were valued as if they were healthy.

about trading consecutive picks, we allow them to be traded. Reason behind this is that we tried not being able to trade them in the first few games and some still squeezed through the commish's viewing eyes. Thus we changed it so that all first picks could be traded.

However, this time around I have limited picks up to and including 2013. I know a few games we have had people trading 2018 picks. Thats just too far into the future and hard for the commish (me) to keep track of.
