The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers have a deal to announce.

GSW sends:

PG Tony Parker 13.65m
PG Roko Ukic 1.45m

total 15.2*1.25=19>17.33

LAC sends:

2010 1st [#3 overall]
PF Zach Randolph, 17.33m

GS accepts. Parker will be missed as he led us to the playoffs this season but it's too much of a risk whether he'll resign in Golden State or not so I'm dealing him for a player I really like who I will pick at #3 and ZBo's expiring.

MEMPHIS AND LAC HAVE A TRADE TO ANNOUNCE

Memphis Sends

Jose Calderon = $9,000,000
Anthony Randolph = $1,837,560

Math = 10,837,560 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 13,646,950

LAC Sends

Tony Parker = $13,650,000

Salaries Work. Memphis Accepts. Memphis hates to see not only Jose but their very young PF Anthony Randolph leave but bringing back a player like Tony Parker is more than enough for this team to have a lethal backcourt in OJ Mayo and Tony Parker.

I'd like to extend a QO to McGuire and pick up team options of Brandon Rush, Courtney Lee, Javaris Crittenton, JaVale McGee. I will not be picking up the team options on Acie Law and Alando Tucker. I will not be sending a qualifying offer to Bobby Brown and Josh Boone, thus making them unrestricted free agents.

Orlando and Sacramento have reached an agreement on a couple deals.

Each deal is contigent upon the other.

Trade 1: Mike Conley/Corey Brewer for Earl Clark/TPE

Trade 2: Troy Murphy for TPE

Sacramento is far enough under the cap to make this work.

Orlando hates to see Conley/Murphy leave but we free up a ton of capspace and get back a young SF/PF that should compliment Dwight's game nicely at both ends of the floor in Clark.

Orlando accepts

I have too much cap space to know what to do with it, so I trade Clark for 3 good players.

^THX

and

Orlando will extend the QO to Anthony Morrow

Not sure if I have to make a decision on Watson as he is unguaranteed. If I must make one at this time I will keep him. If I don't have to, I will decide later.

The Celtics and Bucks have a deal to announce:

BOS trades/MIL receives:

Josh Childress $7,271,524
Jonny Flynn $2,214,480

Total: $9,486,004

MIL trades/BOS receives:

Ramon Sessions $6,315,840
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute $854,389
MIL 2010 2nd round pick (#34)
DEN 2010 2nd round pick (#51)

Total: $7,170,229

Deal works because the Bucks are well under the cap.

The Celtics accept. We get a PG who is more of a passer than Flynn in Sessions, and Mbah a Moute gives us a cheap backup swingman. We also pick up 2 more 2nd round picks to help fill out the roster, and we save some more money.

The salaries match and NOH accepts. We were really high on West and felt that he was one of the best values and most underrated players in the game, but this allows us to clear a ton of salary and pick up two valuable picks. We traded out of the last draft but are high on the 2010 draft.

Trade on hold for now since there has been a veto request. Decision coming later

I will make a decision no later than Monday night when I get home from work, thank you.

There were 2 veto requests for this trade, I will allow it since New Orleans does pick up that much extra cap space to make a run at someone this offseason and they get a high pick as well.

Trade on hold, veto request.

^^^ First of all I don't think that deal should be vetoed.

Secondly, the Bucks would like to accept this deal:

BOS trades/MIL receives:

Josh Childress $7,271,524
Jonny Flynn $2,214,480

Total: $9,486,004

MIL trades/BOS receives:

Ramon Sessions $6,315,840
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute $854,389
MIL 2010 2nd round pick (#34)
DEN 2010 2nd round pick (#51)

It sucks to give up the picks but I am really high on Jonny Flynn. He's the guy I was hoping the Knicks would draft in real life but when have they ever decided to spend one of their high draft picks on improving one of the 2 most important spots on a team.

Also, I like Childress as lot as well. Its nice to get some more defense on this team.

I'm going to let this trade through
Randolph's value is that of expirings (real life trade, and Randolph is an expiring in this trade), so the question is, is the #3 for Parker a fair trade? I think it is close to being fair, the #3 overall in a strong draft is worth quite a bit; and Golden State would also save quite a bit of money with his rookie deal.

Eek that's ok. I sent the veto request, i disagree with you skorff (about the value) but i respect your decision :) And i sent the veto because of the explanation of do the trade to not lose Parker but that's alright, if both teams like it and skorff things it's a close value it's fair enough for me.
