Denver GM Here

Sorry for the slow/non responses to those that contacted me, just been busy. I try to answer all the requests around late afternoon or evenings (PST). If it bothers a lot of people I'll be happy to step down.

As long as you can get on and respond to everyone's emails everyday, it should be fine. We all have lives outside this game. In fact I'm running slightly behind on the trade approvals due to some work and will get to those in a couple hours. Please be patient everybody. I've got like 10 minutes in my apartment before having to bolt out again so hang in there, I'll get to all those trades.

PG: John Wall / DJ Augustin(expiring) / AJ Price
SG: Bradley Beal / Jordan Crawford / Garrett Temple
SF: Martell Webster(expiring) / Trevor Ariza / Jan Vesely
PF: Nene / Markieff Morris / Trevor Booker / Chris Singleton
C: Marcin Gortat / Kevin Seraphin

2013 LAL and Minnesota 1sts

looking to move the younger guys to get more of a win-now approach, while still staying fairly young if I can. Nene is the main piece I'm looking to move for the teams really trying to compete, still a great defender, who will play better once he is moved back to center, IMO. Open to all kinds of offers, but would like to try and shed off-season salary to be a FA player.

DWill.

The name itself inspires awe. All Star. Superstar.

Are you frustrated at your inability to acquire DWill? Feeling stymied by the Brooklyn GM's insistence DWill is untouchable? Fret no longer. The answer is here:

Image

Features:
-- selected #2 in the draft. The "other" DWill was not selected until #3!
-- selected over Jan Vesely!
-- season after season shoots over 40%!
-- can't keep him out of the lineup! On a team with Kevin Love on it, is still the current starting PF!
-- helps little old ladies across the street!

Come be part of the dream. Experience DWill 2: Bigger, Badder, Better.

SGs most welcome. Defensive players. Shotblockers.

What does "Not fully guaranteed" contact mean? Could you provide example?

Meaning if you waive a player only part of his salary counts toward your cap. For example, of Rip Hamilton's $5M contract for the 2013-14 season, only one million is guaranteed, meaning if a team wanted to get out of his contract next year, they could waive him during the offseason and only $1M would count against their cap that year. Every contract is different though.

Generally it's someone who's contract is only partially guaranteed if they are cut. Some contracts are fully un-guaranteed, others are a small amount. Like last year the T-wolves had to waive Martell Webster to have enough cap-room to sign Batum, his contract was not fully guaranteed so they have a cap-hit of 600k from that on their roster.

Charlotte:

Byron Mullens / Bismack Biyombo / Kenyon Martin
Jeff Adrien / Perry Jones III / Hakim Warrick / Channing Frye [IR]
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist / Jeff Taylor / Reggie Williams
Jeremy Lamb / Rip Hamilton / Ben Gordon
Kemba Walker / Ramon Sessions

Got some vets to give to contenders. Ben Gordon would be terrific coming off the bench as a sixth man on a contender. Rip and Warrick can be decent role players too.

Of course I am always looking to upgrade my super-young core into something bigger and badder, so please bombard me with offers.

Following our latest trade, Milwaukee is at:

PG: Kyle Lowry / Brandon Jennings
SG: Dwyane Wade / Marquis Daniels / Doron Lamb
SF: Kyle Korver / Tobias Harris / Mike Dunleavy / Linas Kleiza
PF: John Henson / Luc Richard Mbah a Moute / Ekpe Udoh
C: Sam Dalembert / Joel Przybilla

2013 1st / $7m cash.

Building around Wade:
- Jennings &/or Lowry &/or Henson &/or any filler guys from my roster (bolded) for a good C or PF under a long-term deal
- Vets like Marion are of interest to fill the gaps

Going young, again:
- Dwyane Wade on the block for a top 5 center or a package around a Center for him
- Dwyane Wade for the best young piece on offer

- Not interested in upcoming free agents (unless they're really cheap) as I'm Milwaukee...

I should probably also note that Sam Dalembert is a beast. 35 Points (17-21) - 12 rebounds - 1 block in 27 mins last night. Lovely...
