Nuggets get Brandon Bass(6,450,000), Courtney Lee(5,225,000), & Shelvin Mack(884,293)
total= 12,559,293

money works.
12,559,293 x 1.25= 15,699,116 > 15,300,000

Denver accepts. Saves us a few mill & gives us better bench balance. Good dealin ATL

Accepted. Good deal for both sides, wanted to consolidate Lee and Bass for an upgrade. Boozer may be old but he still averaged almost 16 and 10 last season, and played well in the post season. Horford should be a good fit next to him defensively. Ideally would like to get a starting defensive C and have Booze off the bench, but he's a good fit for now at PF.

GILBERT EXACTS REVENGE - SENDS KING PACKING

When Lebron refused to extend his PO contract - Cleveland owner Dan Gilbert announced his Decision
CLE sends Lebron James (19,067,500), Al Harrington (884,293), Tyler Zeller (1,633,440) and Matt Delavedova (490,000) = 22,076,314; to
IND for Roy Hibbert (14,283,844), Paul George (3,282,003), Solomon Hill (1,246,680) & Patty Mills (1,133,950) = 19,946,477

Finally - the Chant - Lebron's gonna leave will stop ringing in the Cavs Arena. Hate to move the best player in the game - but it is a trade game. Oh yeeh, we'll miss the other guys too. While it's a tough deal - Indiana made it leads painful with an All Star Center and an emerging Super Star in Paul George, plus a nice rookie prospect in Solomon Hill and a fan favorite in Aussie Patty Mills - who has thrived at all his stops. Can't say it was not a painful experience, and Madness was his usual bulldog self, but the final deal makes the Cavs a long term contender in the East. Well played - MADness!

You don't trade for Lebron unless you have the peices to keep him. I overpayed, but I'm getting the best player on the planet. And yet, I match him up with Deron, Iggy, West and a slew of other great role players. I bite the bullet now, but am confident in myself at making the perfect team around Lebron and Deron. Good dealing Scott.

Denver 2014 2nd

Mavericks send:
Shawn Marion - $9,316,796
Cash - $2,000,000

=$11,316,796 (works as a result of outgoing + $5 million rule)

Bulls accept. Get a very solid veteran player in Marion who will help us win now + cash for flexibility.

Mavs happily accept. Couldn't ask for more for an aging vet in marion. 3 picks, and we believe Marquis can be a useful player in this league. Bargs is a nice addition to the team, and although he comes with a nice price tag, it fits in with our plans as almost our whole roster expires in 2 years. Great dealing with you, and g'luck.

Trade #62

The Atlanta Hawks and Minnesota Timberwolves have reached an agreement on a trade.

The Atlanta Hawks will be sending out Danny Granger and Mirza Teletovic in exchange for a plethora of wings including Kevin Martin, Ray Allen, and Alexy Shved.
The Minnesota Timberwolves will be receiving Danny Granger and Mirza Teletovic while clearing their glut of Wings and giving up cash and a 2nd in the process.

Atlanta Out/Minnesota In: $17,250,838

Danny Granger: $14,021,788
Mirza Teletovic: $3,229,050 / $3,368,100

Atlanta In/Minnesota Out: $14,379,050 x 1.25 = 17,973,813

Kevin Martin: $6,500,000 / $6,792,500 / $7,085,000 / $7,377,500
Ray Allen: $3,229,050
Alexy Shved: $3,150,000 / $3,282,057 / $4,102,571
James Jones: $1,500,000
New Orleans Pelicans 2014 2nd RD (31-55)
$1 Million Dollars

Great dealings Atlanta. Minnesota gets to pair a couple of the best expiring contracts in the league in Granger and Bosh. We get out of the long contract of Kevin Martin which wasn't needed with all of our money tied up longterm to average wings. Parting ways with Ray Allen was really the most difficult process in this deal because he is still a great role player for 15-20 a night and can still hit the 3. He also gives championship experience, but a top 5 SF when healthy in Granger was just to hard to pass up. We also get mini-Love in Teletovic who will bring even more spacing for Rubio to work with.

Accepted. After upgrading my starters, I needed to work back on my depth. I add some very good shooters in Martin and Allen who can spread the floor for Rondo and Horford. Didn't want 2 fresh injured players in Granger and Rondo. Good dealings Buddy.

Nets confirm - Deron/Brook and the old guys were not really going to compete for a ring in the Lebron era, so mot spending $102M + Lux tax and bring in assets for a new window is the way I have elected to go. This would be a fun team - playing hard at both ends with good depth and developing star potential. Splitter is in a log jam, but a veratile 25 year old big on a great contract who puts up the numbers he does is a valuable asset. Great dealing Willyjakkz!

Memphis Trades: Zach Randolph ($18,238,333), Mike Miller ($884,293), $2m cash = 19,122,626
Indiana Trades: David West ($12,000,000), Michael Beasley ($2,150,000), Hasheem Thabeet ($1,200,000) = 15,350,000

15,350,000 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 19,287,500 > 19,122,626

Memphis accepts. We get similar production for quite a bit cheaper. Plus getting two former #2 picks in the same trade is kind of cool!
